Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use banmonthly.garden and the referral service Banmonthly Roofing offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What This Service Is

Banmonthly Roofing is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent roofing providers. It does not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them or do any other roofing work. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. Banmonthly Roofing does not employ, supervise or direct them. It also makes no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that Banmonthly Roofing and the provider connected to you may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@banmonthly.garden.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Banmonthly Roofing or those who license it. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Banmonthly Roofing is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

These terms may be updated at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
