How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Banmonthly Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or reached out to Banmonthly Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed from it. Please understand that Banmonthly Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@banmonthly.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Banmonthly Roofing or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You should get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. The matter is then reviewed, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you get a reply explaining what was found and any steps being taken.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If you are unhappy with the reply, write back and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
